Bob Piacenza is director of administrative services for Purdue Pharma in Stamford, Connecticut.  Bob is serving his third term on MetroPool’s Board.  Bob has been directly involved with MetroPool throughout Purdue’s relocation from Norwalk to Stamford.  He manages one of the most successful commute mobility programs in the country – where approximately 40% of employees utilize alternative commuting options.

Bob sees his involvement with MetroPool as important for his company and necessary for the local community and the region’s quality of life.  Personally his service is an opportunity to contribute and for him to network.  Bob brings to MetroPool experience in managing an extremely successful corporate mobility program, facilities management, operations, building services management, and community relations skills.

Bob lives in Norwalk with his wife, Janet, and two daughters, and actively volunteers with the Crystal Theater and Project Hope.
