Carol A Everett is executive director of human resources for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals located in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc is part of the Boehringer Ingelheim group, which is one of the world’s 20 leading pharmaceutical companies.
In April 2008, Carol was promoted to her current position of executive director, human resources. In this capacity she is responsible for the human resources business partner function supporting the prescription medicine business (sales and marketing), consumer healthcare business and business development and licensing.
From 2001-2008 Carol held positions of increasing responsibility in human resources at Boehringer Ingelheim supporting research and development and medicine including; executive director, director, and associate director positions.
Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim Carol held a variety of human resources positions at companies such as Sorvall-Heraeus (Kendro Laboratory Products), Warner Lambert Corporation, Honeywell Corporation, and General Data Comm.
Carol holds a global executive masters degree in human resources leadership from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; a masters degree in counseling from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT, and a Bachelors of Science degree in business management from Salve Regina University, Newport, Rhode Island.
Carol has also been an adjunct professor at Western Connecticut State University. She is also a member of HBA (Healthcare Business Women’s Association) and SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management).
Carol and her husband (Jack) live in Woodbury, CT. Interests include worldwide travel, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends. |
