Dennis Morrissey is Vice President / Head Building Management for Swiss Re in Armonk, New York. Having joined the company in 1999, he works as a member of the Logistics Department, overseeing all property management functions as well as construction projects at the site. In this role he oversaw major components of the 88k square foot expansion of the facility completed in 2007. Dennis is a member of Swiss’s Re’s Internal Environmental Management Team responsible for insuring sustainable operations of Swiss Re facilities throughout the United Sates, South America and Canada.

Dennis has over 30 years of experience managing commercial office buildings in Westchester County and New York City. Dennis started his career in real estate management with Schulman Realty Group, serving as a member of a team that constructed and opened 10 campus style commercial office buildings during his eight year tenure. As Director of Management, Dennis was responsible for the operations of over 3 million square feet of office space. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Dennis held executive level positions with Winthrop Associates and Newmark and Company responsible for the management of more than 10 million square feet of Institutionally owned and privately held Class A office buildings.

Dennis has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association in both New York City and Westchester. He received a BS degree in Psychology from Iona College.
