Kerry Flynn Barrett is vice president of human resources for Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, New York. A seasoned healthcare professional, she has been a human resource professional in healthcare for the past 16 years. 

Kerry has enjoyed a series of progressive career advancements that have led up to her current position.  For 22 years she worked as a registered nurse in New York and California, primarily serving in ICU/CCU, open heart and emergency department settings.

Currently, she is president of the Northern Metropolitan Hospital Association Healthcare Human Resource Association (AHHRA).  She is also a member of the New York City regional chapter of AHHRA, the Society of Human Resource Management, the Westchester Business Council Human Resource Forum, and the Hospital Association of New York Human Resources Statewide Council. 

A resident of Pound Ridge, New York, Kerry is married and has three children, who collectively enjoy activities in community service organizations.
