Kim Nguyen is an Associate Director of Human Resources for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals located in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Boehringer Ingelheim is part of the largest privately held pharmaceutical company in the world.

Kim was promoted to her position in January 2010. In her capacity she provides consultative leadership on business challenges and associated people and organizational implications to her clients in Field Sales, Managed Markets and Commercial Operations.

Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim Kim held a variety of Human Resources positions at companies such as Octagon (Advantage International), Xerox and Wentworth Laboratories.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Rhode Island and is an active member of Society of Human Resource Management.

Kim lives in New Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and two children. She enjoys skiing, reading and spending time with her family.
