Lawence Post serves as vice president, global facilities for Cartus – the industry leader in global mobility and workforce development support to organizations worldwide. He is responsible for real estate and facility operations in all of Cartus’ locations worldwide. Larry joined Cartus in 1995 and has held various positions within the organization.Â
Larry travels globally and knows that transportation and congestion present challenges everywhere. Locally he’s been directly involved supporting MetroPool in delivering our services at Cartus’ headquarters in Danbury. With more than 250 NuRiders, Cartus has one of the most successful programs in the region.
Larry believes that as a member of MetroPool’s Board he can help to increase awareness in the Danbury area as well as share “best practices” from other regions of the world. He sees transportation, environmental vulnerability and energy consumption as key economic and social issues that we all face, and that supporting MetroPool’s mission offers the opportunity to positively address these challenges.
Larry has served on Danbury school building/construction and PTO committees, as a coach and board member for the Danbury Police Athletic League, as a coach for Danbury youth soccer, and as a mentor for 11 years in the Danbury schools and its business collaborative program. |
