Pat Lioi is logistics head, regional centre-Americas for Swiss Re in Armonk, New York.  She is also a member of MetroPool’s finance committee.  Pat works with MetroPool’s president, controller and private audit firm to make sure that finances are in order.  She also works closely with MetroPool to encourage Swiss Re employees to participate in the Easy Street New York Vanpool program, where four vanpools have been established – netting positive feedback for riders.

Pat has been with Swiss Re for more than 20 years, and has worked in various positions within the logistics area.  She has extensive experience in negotiating office space leases in New York and other cities where Swiss Re maintains offices.  Pat was part of the team that designed and built Swiss Re’s 300,000-square-foot headquarters, and was the project director for an 88,000-square-foot addition to the building.  Pat is responsible for all of Swiss Re’s properties in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Pat is a member of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, a past MetroPool treasurer and a past member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester.  Pat resides in Bronxville, New York with her husband and son.
