MetroPool Elects Eliza O�Neill to its Board
Stamford, CT, September 19, 2008 – MetroPool, Inc.—the area’s leading transportation solutions company—announced that Eliza O’Neill, a resident of Larchmont, NY, was elected to the Board of Directors at its March 19th meeting.
Ms. O’Neill is manager of public and community affairs for New York-Presbyterian Hospital—Westchester Division, where she serves as the official liaison between the hospital and members of the public. For the past ten years, she has held various jobs in health care management and has been with New York-Presbyterian since 2003.
Prior to her role in public and community affairs, Ms. O’Neill managed and oversaw all operations of a start-up center within the hospital dedicated to assisting persons with personality disorders. Before joining New York-Presbyterian she held a junior administrative role at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
        She has served on the Emerging Leadership Council for New York-Presbyterian Hospital; the Women’s Mental Health Consortium, Weill Medical College of Cornell University; Colgate University Women’s Advisory Committee; and the special events committee for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
        Ms. O’Neill holds a Bachelors degree in psychology from Colgate University and a Masters degree in health and behavior studies from Columbia University. She and her family reside in Larchmont, New York.
