MetroPool Elects Carol Everett, Boehringer Ingelheim
 to its Board of Directors
Stamford, CT—MetroPool, Inc.—the area’s leading commuting solutions company – announced that Carol A. Everett, a resident of Woodbury, Connecticut, was elected to its Board of Directors at its September 17th meeting held at Cartus, Inc. in Danbury.
           Ms. Everett is executive director of human resources for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. located in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and has been with the company since 2001. Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc is part of the Boehringer Ingelheim group, which is one of the world’s 20 leading pharmaceutical companies.
           Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Ms. Everett held a variety of human resources positions at companies such as Sorvall-Heraeus (Kendro Laboratory Products), Warner Lambert Corporation, Honeywell Corporation, and General Data Comm.
           She holds a global executive masters degree in human resources leadership from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; a masters degree in counseling from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT, and a Bachelors of Science degree in business management from Salve Regina University, Newport, Rhode Island
She resides in Woodbury, CT.
