West
Haven: Meloy Road, between Saw Mill Rd. and Claudia Dr. near Exit 42/Route
162 off I-95, is temporarily closed to thru traffic. The closure is expected
to be in effect through the end of May and is necessary to facilitate utility
relocation work for the reconstruction of Meloy Rd., which is part of the reconstruction
of Exit 42 (Route 162) on I-95. Local access to Meloy Rd. is permitted. Truck
traffic from I-95 should use Saw Mill Rd. to Route 1 in Orange. Detour signs
are posted.
Bridgeport:
Local Road Closures in association with the I-95 Bridgeport
Corridor Reconstruction Project February 21st - 25th:
- Water St., at Main St., closed 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Possible closure of Water St. or Main St., between North & South Frontage
Roads., 7:00am to 4:00pm.
**The 45-mph posted speed limit on I-95 northbound and southbound from Exits
24 to 30 will continue to be strictly enforced, as work continues on
the I-95 Bridgeport Corridor Reconstruction Project.

Connecticut
UniTicket Fare Increases Effective March 1: Due to bus fare increases
in Connecticut, Metro-North UniTicket prices will increase. The New UniTicket
fares are as follows (price does not include cost for rail fare):
Single-ended: Monthly ($27); Weekly ($9)
Double-ended: Monthly ($47); Weekly ($15)

New York State Fares Effective March 1: For full details pick up an
MTA Metro-North Tickets and Fares brochure, available soon at outlying
ticket offices, Grand Central Information Booths and the Station Master's Office.

here. These new fares DO NOT affect customers traveling between stations
in Connecticut and New York, or between stations within Connecticut. The cost
of purchasing tickets on board the train is increasing as of March 1,
between $4.75 and $5.50 more - for both Connecticut and New York customers.

Reverse Travel "Peak Fares" Effective March 1: "Peak"
fares will be charged for one-way and ten-trip tickets used to travel on any
weekday train that leaves Grand Central Terminal or Harlem-125th Street Station
between 5:30am and 9:00am. If you travel from stations other than these, you
will not be affected by this change. If you are using an off-peak ticket after
March 1, you will have to pay a "step-up" charge on the train.
