Michael Leahy is senior director, business analysis for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in White Plains, New York – one of the world's largest hotel and leisure companies, which he joined in 2000. Previously, he served as an analyst with IBM Global Services beginning in 1996. From August 1994 until December 1996, he served as controller for Lee’s Keystone, a promotional marketing firm; and from 1989 to 1994, he was an accounting manager with United Parcel Services.

Michael graduated from IONA College with a BBA degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He and his wife, Cathy, have three young daughters: Katelyn, Deanna and Jennifer.   Michael’s other interests include golf and supporting his daughters’ sporting events.
