Previously, he was vice president, finance and administration for the care management technologies division of Comprehensive NeuroScience, Inc. in White Plains, NY, responsible for the financial and administrative functions regarding the care management technologies division.

Paul is an established contributor with more than 20 years of corporate finance and management experience.  His prior responsibilities included various management positions supporting acquisitions, integrations, ERP system design and implementation, audit, process, startup and divestment opportunities. Prior to joining Comprehensive NeuroScience, Paul served companies such as Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Hyperion Solutions, Arthur Andersen, Career Education Corp., Modem Media Advertising and Major League Marketing.   

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Sacred Heart University and a Master’s Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

Born and raised in Fairfield County, Paul lives in Darien, Connecticut with his wife, Veronica, and their son and daughter.  In addition to local investment interests, Paul has given back to the community through the Hartford Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary; and by offering career path guidance for Sacred Heart University undergraduates.
