Nighttime Lane Closures Scheduled
Northbound and Southbound On I-95
Between Exits 10 & 13

Darien/Norwalk, CT— The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that nighttime lane closures on I-95, involving two lanes northbound and southbound between Exits 10 & 13, will begin Monday, March 31, 2003 and continue through the construction season. The nighttime work on this project involves milling and pavement reconstruction, weather permitting.

The nighttime lane closures will be in place as follows:

I-95 Southbound between Exits 13 & 10:
Mondays through Wednesdays -
First lane closure - 7:00 p.m.- 6:00 a.m.
Second adjacent lane closure - 10:00 p.m.- 5:00 a.m.
*On Thursdays, the first lane closure is the same as Mondays - Wednesdays. The second adjacent lane closure begins one hour later (11:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.).

I-95 Northbound between Exits 10 & 13:
Mondays through Wednesdays -
First lane closure - 8:00 p.m.- 6:00 a.m.
Second adjacent lane closure - 11:00 p.m.- 6:00 a.m.
*On Thursdays, the first lane closure is the same as Mondays - Wednesdays. The second adjacent lane closure begins one hour later (12:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.).

Motorists are urged to proceed with caution and obey the posted speed limits when traveling through this and all other construction zones.
